Mocha Milkshake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. evaporated skim milk, undiluted and chilled
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. chocolate flavored syrup
    1/2 tsp. instant coffee granules
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    ice cubes
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in container of electric blender. Process until foamy.
    Slowly add enough ice cubes to bring mix to the three-cup line.
    Process until smooth.
    Serve immediately. Yields 3 cups (88 calories per 1 cup serving).
    Contains 5.2 g protein, 0.3 g fat, 15.2 g carbohydrate, 3 mg cholesterol, 82 mg sodium and 188 mg calcium.
