Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients in large, heavy boiler.
Bring to a boil and cook to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and butter.
Set boiler in cool water and beat until thick and glossy.
Pour into buttered dish.
Cut when set.
