Pinto Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 cans pinto or October beans
1 medium onion, diced
1 qt. tomatoes
1 pkg. corn meal mix
Preparation

Cook meat and onion together until almost done and drain.
Add tomatoes and let bubble.
Put beans in casserole and add meat mixture.
Mix corn meal mix as directed.
Pour over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes a large casserole dish.
