Cabbage Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat (turkey or beef), browned
    1 c. chopped onion, sauteed or 1/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 c. V-8 juice
    1 c. beef broth
    1/4 c. chili powder
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and celery in Dutch oven sprayed with Pam.
    Add V-8 juice, broth, chili powder and cabbage.
    Cook until cabbage is done.
    Serve with chopped onion, shredded cheese, fresh parsley and whole wheat crackers.
