Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. cottage cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    6 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
    1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, salt, onion and garlic. Gently fold in the diced potatoes.
    Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle on the paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    It will be lightly browned on top.
    Serves 6.
