Ingredients

3 sticks butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 eggs (cold)
2 c. whipping cream
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Whip butter for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and whip an additional 5 minutes.
Melt the chocolate, then cool completely.
Add chocolate to butter/sugar mixture.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Once all eggs are mixed well, add vanilla.
Place mixture into pie shell and chill for 24 hours.
Keep refrigerated.
