Divine Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
Preparation
    Bring sugar, vanilla, water and salt to a boil over medium heat.
    Cook to softball stage, 240\u00b0.
    Beat into marshmallow cream on high speed until it loses the glossy color.
    Pour into square pan.
    When cool, cut into small squares.
    Can add nuts, if desired.
