Warren Heistand'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
8 1/2 oz. canned crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add the sugar, oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Add carrots, drained pineapple and nuts.
Grease and flour 2 (13 x 9-inch) pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
