Jim'S Coconut Cream Pie(Club Member: Renee Evans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, except coconut. Cook until thick over low heat. Add coconut to filling. Top with Cool Whip. Makes 2 pies.
