Pinch-Me-Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    flour
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    4 to 5 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Set aside 1 package dry yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Heat milk.
    Mix 1/4 cup sugar, salad oil and salt.
    Add hot milk to sugar.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Stir in yeast and egg.
    Add 2 cups flour and beat well with wooden spoon.
    Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour and mix until well blended and satiny.
    Let rise until at least double.
    Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts.
    Melt butter and roll balls in this, then roll in mixture of 1 cup sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
    Drop in angel food pan.
    Let rise until at least double.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
