Jamaican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. golden or dark rum
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. chopped chives
1 lb. 2 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. corn or canola oil
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Combine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, rum, garlic and chives in a bowl. Wash and dry chicken and place in bowl with marinade, turning to coat both sides.
