Butter Coconut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
3 large eggs
1/2 can sweetened flaked coconut
1/3 c. butter or oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Bake pie crust at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Combine sugar and flour. Stir in eggs, blending well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until pie is set.
