Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    10 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. Brownberry's herb seasoned stuffing (green bag)
Preparation
    Cook, cool and grate potatoes.
    Combine potatoes with sour cream, cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
    Place in a greased 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Top with herb seasoned stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
