Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken or chicken breasts, skinned
    2 qt. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
Preparation
    To a large pot, add water, salt, pepper and chicken; cook until chicken is tender.
    Remove chicken, debone and chop. Reserve 1 1/2 quarts of broth (add water, if necessary).
    In a skillet, saute the peppers and onion in butter; add the Ro-Tel tomatoes, soup and cheese and stir until blended.
