Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. oatmeal
    4 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 c. shredded carrots
    4 Tbsp. raisins
    1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    6 pkg. sugar substitute
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple (with juice)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Add additional pineapple juice if mixture appears dry.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
