Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes (about 6 c.)
    1/3 c. light olive oil
    1 Tbsp. crushed rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In saucepan, cover and cube potatoes with cold salted water and bring to boil.
    Drain potatoes and hold on side.
    In roasting pan, heat the olive oil and rosemary.
    Stir potatoes into hot oil and salt and pepper.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Stir once.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 servings.
