Liver Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 lb. diced beef liver
    1/2 c. onions
    3 medium diced potatoes
    1 small can green peas
Preparation
    Combine tomato juice and soy sauce.
    Pour over diced beef liver.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Cook onions in nonstick skillet until tender. Add liver mixture and add potatoes.
    Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add green peas.
    Simmer about 5 minutes longer. Serve with hot bread.
