Beet Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole beets, drained
1/4 c. prepared horseradish
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Grate or mince beets.
In casserole or other container with a cover, mix beets with remaining ingredients.
Cover; store in refrigerator for at least 1 day before serving.
Makes about 2 cups.
