Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar or 1 c. sugar and about 2 c. marshmallows
    1 large can sweet potatoes
    1 c. cream
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, eggs, sugar and cream in mixer.
    If marshmallows are used, melt with butter on low heat.
    Mix together and beat until smooth.
    Pour in baking dish.
