Dirty Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken gizzards
    1/2 lb. chicken livers
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. stock
    2 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 stalks green onion, chopped
    2 sprigs parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Boil giblets until tender.
    Remove and save water for stock. Chop liver and giblets.
    Add oil to skillet and brown ground pork and gizzards about 6 minutes.
    Add seasoning, onion, celery, garlic and bell pepper; stir thoroughly.
    Add butter and simmer for about 10 minutes.
    Add stock.
    Add rice, livers, green onions and parsley.
    Stir and simmer 5 minutes.
    Cover and lower heat to the lowest heat.
    Cook until rice is fluffy.
