Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    3/4 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, form into loaf.
    Crease down center and add the rest of tomatoes from can (no juice).
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
