Beef Enchiladas With Chicken And Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 count) pkg. corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Fry up ground beef, pour off fat.
Add onions and bell peppers and 3/4 cup of cheese.
Mix well.
Place small amount of meat mixture into each tortilla and roll up and set aside.
Mix soups and pour over rolled tortillas.
Top with rest of grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes until hot.
