Muffuletta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2-lb. medium-size shell pasta
    1/2-lb. Provolone cheese, cut into 1/4-inch dice
    1/4-lb. Salami, diced
    1/4-lb. Mortadella, diced
    1/4-lb. boiled ham, diced
    10 jumbo black olives, pitted and sliced
    10 queen olives (large green), stuffed with pimentos, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small rib celery, chopped
    1/4 c. fresh flat-leaf Italian parsley
    2 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
    2 small cloves garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
    Muffuletta salad:
    Cook pasta shells according to pkg. directions until firm but tender, Drain well, rinse with cold water, drain well again.
    Place pasta in a large bowl.
    Add the Provolone, Salami, Mortadella, ham, olives, onions, celery, parsley, thyme and garlic.
    Toss until well blended.
