Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag O'Brien potatoes, thawed
    1 can chunky mushroom soup or 1 can chicken soup
    1 can sour cream
    pepper or Nature's Seasons
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Butter 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Put half of potato mix in pan; put half of cheese over this.
    Add rest of potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir and add rest of cheese on top.
    Bake 15 minutes more until brown on top.
    May add ham chunks.
