Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped steak
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 garlic clove
    1 green pepper
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. diced onion
    2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown steak in oil.
    Add onions, garlic, celery and green peppers.
    Add water with bouillon cubes.
    Add cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup of water.
    Cook about 30 minutes on low.
