Taco Style Spuds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 baking potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. sliced green onion
3/4 c. water
1/2 (6 oz.) can (1/3 c.) tomato paste
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. shredded lettuce
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. taco sauce
Preparation

Prick potatoes with a fork.
Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 40 to 60 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, in a 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef, shredded carrot and sliced green onion until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
Drain well.
Stir in water, tomato paste, chili powder, oregano and garlic powder.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
