Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 large ears of corn
    6 onions
    4 peppers
    1 bunch celery
    1 lb. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 qt. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut corn off of cob.
    Cut onions, peppers and celery into small cubes.
    Mix everything together and boil all together until soft.
    Seal in jars.
