Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 lb. can salmon
    3 slices soft bread, cut into small cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs in small bowl.
    Drain salmon; remove skin and bones and flake.
    Add salmon, bread, salt and butter to eggs.
    Heat milk to lukewarm and add to salmon mixture.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Place in a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
