Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices trimmed white bread, cut into cubes
    1/2 lb. cheese, grated
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place bread and cheese alternately in a casserole dish.
    Beat eggs, milk, and salt together; pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
