Deviled Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. hot milk (boiling)
    1 egg, beaten
    pinch of pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Melt oleo in shallow pan.
    Add onion and cook until softened (not brown).
    Put in flour.
    Remove from stove and blend in boiled milk.
    Add beaten egg.
    Reheat until thickened and well blended. Add crabmeat.
    Cool and form into cakes.
    Dip patties into 1 beaten egg or more if needed.
    Dip in bread crumbs.
    Fry until brown.
