Spinach Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, grated
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Roll into 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 60 balls.
    Can be frozen before baking.
