Chopstick Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. salted toasted cashews (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine soup and water.
    Add 1 cup of chow mein noodles, the tuna, celery, cashews (if wanted), onion and pepper.
    Toss lightly.
    Place in ungreased 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle remaining noodles over top.
    Bake in moderate 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Garnish with drained canned Mandarin orange sections.
    Makes 4 or 5 servings.
    If you double recipe, bake in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish for 25 minutes or until hot.
