Chapman Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-2 1/2 lb. chickens or equivalent parts
    6 celery ribs, minced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1/3 c. flour
    2 c. heavy cream
    salt and peppercorns to taste
    1/2 qt. water
    3 medium onions, minced
    2 apples, peeled, cored, chopped
    1/3 c. curry powder
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. cold water
    3 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water (1/2 quart) with salt and pepper.
    Cool and debone.
    Saute onion, celery, and apples in olive oil until soft; stir in curry and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
