Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, sliced or diced
    1/2 lb. sliced or shredded American cheese
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Boil the zucchini until tender.
    Drain and set aside.
    Brown meat and onion in a skillet until done.
    Drain off excess grease. Alternate layers of zucchini, meat mixture and 1 3/4 cups of cheese in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour soup over top.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for one hour.
    Serves 4 to 6. Very good!
