Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1-inch thick) pork chops
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. chopped apple
    1/2 c. herb stuffing mix
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped raisins
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cut a horizontal slit in each pork chop to form pocket.
    Mix in a bowl the butter, apple, stuffing mix, cheese, celery, onion, raisins, orange juice and salt; mix well.
    Fill each pocket with stuffing mix.
    Secure opening with toothpicks.
    Place in a 12 x 8-inch microwavable dish.
    Mix Worcestershire sauce and water. Brush on pork chops.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Cook at Medium for 17 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
