Microwave Pudding And Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Use large bowl.
    Microwave on High the milk until warm (2 minutes).
    Mix and add to milk the sugar and flour.
    Microwave for 5 minutes.
    Blend together egg yolks, milk, vanilla and margarine. Mix well and pour into milk mixture; whisk together.
    Cook for 1 minute intervals until custard is thick, stirring between each minute of cooking.
    Cook and pour in cooked pastry shell.
    Top with meringue or whipped topping if desired.
