Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. brisket
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 scant Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    few drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Cook brisket on rack in pan of water (1/2 pound per person). Cool meat and slice.
    In large saucepan, mix remaining ingredients and warm, then coat meat with mixture.
