Shrimp And Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms (reserve liquid)
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    1/4 lb. cooked wild rice
    1 lb. crab meat
    2 lb. cooked shrimp
    3 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    2 cans mushroom soup
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute celery, onion and pepper for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, rice, crab meat, shrimp, pimento and soup.
    Place in greased casserole; sprinkle with almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    If mixture seems a little dry before baking, add reserved liquid from mushrooms.
    This dish freezes well.
    Serves 8 to 10.
