Patsy'S Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boxes Washington creamy white frosting mix
    3 Tbsp. Parkay margarine or butter, softened
    1 (4 oz. size) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
    3 tsp. pure lemon extract
    3 to 4 Tbsp. water
    3 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Empty all boxes in a mixing bowl.
    Add Parkay (or butter), cream cheese and water.
    Blend on medium speed of mixer until fluffy.
    Add lemon extract and yellow food coloring.
    Blend well for about 1 minute.
    Frosts a 3 layer cake.
