Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour (plain)
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 in well-greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour.
