Halibut In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. halibut fillet (1-inch thick)
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 medium white onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter, sliced thin
    1 lemon, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put halibut in baking pan.
    Place sliced butter, chopped onion and sliced lemon on top.
    Cover entire fillet with sour cream.
    Bake, covered, for 35 minutes, then remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
