Heavenly Egg Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh peeled shrimp
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 small chopped onion
    3 chopped green onions
    8 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute shrimp, onions and bell pepper in butter until vegetables are soft and shrimp is pink.
    Beat eggs and milk together and add to skillet.
    Scramble until soft and set.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serves four.
    (Crawfish, lobster or crab meat can be substituted.)
