Sugar Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 egg white

Preparation

Mix egg in water.
Wet pecan in this mixture.
Coat well.
Mix salt, sugar and cinnamon together.
Coat pecans well.
Put on cookie sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes on 300\u00b0.
Stir every 15 minutes.
