Idaho Oven Fries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes, scrubbed (unpeeled)
4 Tbsp. melted butter
salt and pepper to taste (seasoned salt, if desired)
Preparation

Slice potatoes into 1/8-inch thickness.
Pour melted butter on large cookie sheet.
Add potato slices to pan, turning to coat with butter.
Season and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender (slightly browned).
