Baby Pizza Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 loaves party rye bread (approximately 40 slices)
Preparation
    Fry sausage.
    Melt cheese into sausage.
    Add onion and seasonings.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Spread on party rye bread.
    Place on cookie sheet and freeze 24 hours.
    Remove from freezer and place in plastic bags.
    Store in freezer until ready to use.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 40.
