Instant Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    3 green onions and tops, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
    2 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    In skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in melted butter until tender.
    Add bouillon; bring to a boil.
    Add instant rice.
    Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Gently fluff with fork.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 6 servings.
