Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
2 cups mild cheddar
2 tablespoons each: chopped pimento, chopped onion and chopped green pepper
lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Dash of garlic powder
Preparation

Mix cheeses.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Chill 1/2 hour.
Form in a ball or log and roll in chopped pecans.
