Ingredients

1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 scant c. sugar
2 c. light cream
2 c. thick cream
Preparation

Hull berries.
Rinse thoroughly and put through a sieve.
Add sugar and light cream.
Whip the thick cream until stiff and blend into mixture.
Pour into cream container of your ice cream maker (prepared with ice and salt according to the specific directions of your freezer).
