Turkey Boat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    3/4 c. chopped, cooked turkey
    2 tsp. minced onion
    salt to taste
    6 buns (hot dog or hamburger)
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add flour and stir to make smooth paste. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
    When thickened, add cheese and stir until melted.
    Add turkey, onion and salt.
    Hollow out buns, leaving a 1-inch wall of bread on bottom and sides.
    Place on baking sheet and divide mixture between boats.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 in oven until browned.
    Serves 6.
