Spanish Paella(Pie-A-Ya) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, cooked, chopped and deboned
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked down
    1 lb. cocktail sausages, cooked
    2 c. raw rice
    4 c. water or broth (chicken)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 packets Sazon Goya (available at Winn Dixie)
    8 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Need a large pot (shallow).
